Physiotherapists work in a wide variety of health settings such as intensive care, mental illness, stroke recovery, occupational health, and care of the elderly.

A physiotherapist can help you find the best way to use your body to maximise your strengths, eliminate bad habits and put minimal strain on weaker areas, to help you enjoy a more full and healthy life.

Physiotherapists recommend that adults exercise at moderate intensity for 30 minutes, 5 times a week. If you don't have time for a 30 minute session of exercise each day, it may suit you better to break it up into three or four smaller chunks.
